How far in advance to send it
Four to six weeks ahead is typical, similar to most milestone celebrations, giving guests enough time to plan without the invitation getting lost among everything else on their calendar. For a large, milestone anniversary (25th, 50th) that out-of-town family might travel for, six to eight weeks gives more room to arrange it.
